 2020 Lawrence is a 231 unit 10 story high rise apartment building located north of Denver’s Central Business District, only three blocks from Coors Baseball Field. The project will be LEED GOLD certified. The building consists of 231 for rent apartments, 9,100 sf first floor commercial space, and multiple layers of enclosed parking.

The building consists of a structural concrete and steel frame, metal studs with curtain wall, cement board panel, and masonry skin.
