A build-to-suite facility for the United States Forest Service (tenant) was a design-build construction public private partnership project. The building includes office space, fire station, shop/storage space, conference rooms and a visitor center. The project included site work, new city street, wet and dry utility connections to the city grid, secure U.S.F.S. vehicle parking along with modifications to the adjacent U.S. Route 50.
