Roth Living is a newly constructed building that is the headquarters for Roth Living and showroom for Subzero, Wolf and Cove appliances. Construction included the demolition of the former home of Griff Hamburgers, a Denver landmark that closed in 2015.
The building’s exterior façade consists of silver flat lock metal panels. Interiors include eight custom kitchen vignettes, three operating culinary centers and a state-of-the-art video display. The space combines the industrial look of exposed steel and concrete structure, mechanical and electrical systems with artful finishes including the steel and glass grand stair and adjacent seemingly floating fin wall. Site development includes a newly constructed permeable paver parking area that provides a high-end exterior finish and functions as a retention pond for storm water mitigation. The parking area is enclosed with custom metal fencing that protects neighbors from the glare of car lights. Other exterior finishes include low water landscaping, sensitive lighting and vehicle charging stations.
