This boutique teaching hotel project will consist of the construction of 60 rooms on 47,025 square feet. The structure includes four-stories of structural steel and structural metal stud framing. The second level will include an exterior pool and spa and the fourth level will include a restaurant with a rooftop terrace. Finishes include quartz counter tops, LVT flooring and carpet. Sustainable features include a Geoloop tie-in for supplemental heat. This boutique-style hotel will offer experiential learning for students in the hospitality management and culinary programs.
